Ever since I was little, I’ve struggled with winding down to go to bed. Even after my head hits the pillow, my thoughts are still racing, and it can sometimes take me up to an hour to fall asleep. Over the past couple of months, I’ve turned to yoga in order to help both my body and my mind prepare for bed.
